Telehealth
For existing patients, you are able to see a doctor or PA through our telehealth platform for certain conditions. You will visit with your healthcare provider live, over a telehealth session, which is similar to a video phone call over Skype or FaceTime.
Telehealth visits are not available for all types of visits. Generally, if your visit requires a procedures or test requiring direct manipulation of your bod, it cannot be performed over a telehealth visit. To determine if you can be seen via telehealth, please call the office at (719) 555-1212.
You will need a Google Chrome browser to attend your telehealth visit. To set up and attend your appoint, follow these easy steps:

Receive and save your confirmation
We’ll send you an appointment confirmation, with detailed instructions on what to do before the appointment, and how to check in at the time of your appointment. Please save this information in your calendar for reference at the time of the appointment. It includes important links on how to check in.
Check in and see your clinician
At the time of your appointment, click the link from your confirmation email to check in for your appointment. You will first see the friendly front desk host to get checked in. Next, you’ll click the second link to visit your doctor, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner.
