mCharts Body - Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect and Log. The mCharts Body service takes in a medical condition or procedure, and if it relates to a condition or procedure in our mapping database, returns the location on a body map. This enables a view of conditions on a human body map.

  • Input Data: We collect the medical condition text and/or code from the medical records stored on your device, to generate the visual body map.

  • Technical Logs: We log every API request, which includes your IP address.

  • Anonymity: These logs do not contain any personal identifying information (PII) like names or email addresses.

2. How We Use Information

  • Core Service: To process your request and map the medical condition to a body location.

  • Maintenance: To troubleshoot errors, debug system issues, and analyze API performance.

3. Data Sharing and Protection

  • No Selling: We never sell your data to any third party.

  • No Sharing: We do not share your data or request logs with outside companies.

  • No Marketing: Your data is never used for marketing, tracking, or profiling.
