Download Health Records

mCharts Body is designed to work with Apple Health, and the healthcare providers you have connected to Apple Health. Apple Health will download your medical records from their network of available providers. mCharts Body will then read these records, show conditions on the body map (when available), and let you quickly link into Google’s AI platform, Gemini, and Merck’s medical database.

mCharts Body will read medical information on your iPhone that you have already configured to download. If you don’t want to download records, you can manually create health records in mCharts Body (with a low cost, paid subscription).

Creating My Health Story

Click “My Health Story” at the bottom to initially see all of your health records, divided by type (Allergies, Lab Reports, Medications, Problems, Procedures, Immunizations, Vitals). You control what you see in this list, and you may select the short list of items that you want to share the next time you visit a doctor. Items marked with a “star” show up in the My Health Story list, so click the “star” on the left for each item that you’d like included.

Regardless of the starred items in My Health Story, you can always see the full list by clicking the “All” toggle. Click the “Health Story” toggle to revert to only the starred items.
