White Glove Concierge Service

The mCharts Concierge service takes the work out of connecting to your doctors. We handle the paperwork. With your written consent, we enforce your HIPAA rights and force your healthcare providers to provide your records

mCharts Concierge is designed for patients with complex medical issues, requiring hand-on expertise from our Medical Data Technologists.

You should choose this service if you:

Don't know how to use your doctor's patient portal, or you don't know how to sign up (the Gold and Platinum plans work best when you have a patient portal account)

Have a complex condition that has required exploratory visits to many doctors

Moved many times and don't have online access to previous providers

Have paper-based medical records that you would like scanned and made available for easy access and sending to new doctors

Get the first month of service free (after signup fee of $199.95). Cancel your subscription at any time

Limit 15 medical facilities (additional facilities cost just $19.95).
